Important Dates

Registration Sessions(7th grader only)

Grizzlies Prep will have open office hours July 22-26 from 9:00 am-1:00 pm for families of 7th graders who need to submit an updated immunization form with their TDAP Booster. Students entering 7th grade are not allowed to attend class without proof of TDAP Booster. Click here to view the sample form.

Returning Family Orientation

Orientation will take place August 1st from 6:00-7:00 pm at Grizzlies Prep. This is a mandatory event that will prepare your family for the first week of school.


Grizzlies Prep Uniforms - Available Now!


Visit Spikner Inc our uniform vendor located at 1210 Madison Ave Memphis to purchase the Grizzlies Prep Oxford button-down shirt with stitched logo. Shirts range from $23-$27 depending on the size. Families need to visit Spikner by July 19th to ensure all uniforms are ready by the first day of school. Spikner can be reached at (901) 725-1757 .


Guardians are responsible for providing dark blue or khaki slacks. Pants can be purchased wherever you do your shopping. We do not approve over-sized or baggy pants; limit of one cargo pocket on each side.


Students at Grizzlies Prep have the opportunity to earn their ties! Once a tie is earned, it is mandatory to wear it. Eighth grade students will receive a bow-tie from Grizzlies Prep. If a returning student has lost or ruined their tie, it is the families responsibility to purchase a tie from Grizzlies Prep.

Cardigan/jacket (optional)

Guardians may purchase a Grizzlies Prep cardigan or jacket from Spikner Inc. Cardigans range from $35-40 depending on the size. This item is optional. Guardians must order by July 19th because Spikner does not keep stock of cardigans in the storefront.

Belt, Shoes, Socks

A black or brown leather dress belt is required. Black or brown dress shoes are required. Plain or argyle, dark or khaki colored socks are required. You can purchase these items wherever you do your shopping.


Materials Fee

Grizzlies Prep charges a $55 materials fee for returning students at the beginning of the school year. This covers your student’s binders, homework folder, dividers, pencil pouch, and GP T-shirt. We will never ask families to provide tissues, poster board, or expo markers. You can pay on, at a registration session, or by phone (901) 474-0955.
